The Kimosetter 410 is a thermal transfer plate setter specially developed to image Kimoplate E2 polyester plates. This compact plate setter is the affordable repro solution for small offset printers or quick print shops. Kimosetter 410 is an upgraded model of the Kimosetter 340 which was first introduced in 2000 for A3 portrait size presses. Now Kimosetter 410 covers 52cm size machines commonly known as GTO size. Images up to 16" x 20" plate. Free from toner, chemicals, fusing. Kimosetter 410 uses its own special ink ribbon cassettes. It does not use any chemicals or toner, therefore no development or fusing unit is required. On-Demand CTP. The platesetter does not need warming up time nor does it have stand-by mode to keep chemicals or fusing rollers at a certain temperature. The designer is able to image immediately once the design is ready. Sharp lines and edge definition.
